Cracker, addicted man

First of all, I want to say that I have no idea how much I wrote about Cracker. A show I really liked, mostly because of Fitz, a really great character who you can easily say about him "he's bigger than the show" .. maybe this is too much credit, or maybe making it sound like the show isn't that good, well ... I'm going to talk about this point.

I think I wrote about each chapter (every 2 or 3 episodes a new story), but what I want to add is that Cracker is a really good show, if I put Fitz aside the show can hold on fine, not because any lack in Fitz .. no, but the diversity in the chapters are remarkable! different topics, different styles and more. Some are with a closure and some are not.

With Fitz and what he can add to the show is a common ground, a sense of understanding. Fitz is an addicted man and about addiction it's never about what you're doing is wrong, or see it as something you simply just think of it in your mind and you just stop, it's never like that. It's how much you + and the people around you are willing to make you stop. But if you confront it alone? you'll probably fall, and fall very hard.

It's a true addiction right here! It's a vice, and Robbie Coltrane did an amazing job ... and seeing the slightest similarities between the main character & the group of criminals we meet is a truly funny one if you look into it deeply. in one of the chapters Fitz said "Do you start with the big sins and move down, or the little ones and move up?" ... and this is a sample of the many complex lines the show created, between monsters & humans.

And in this type of shows, we usually hear that there're reasons to the heinous crimes. But also, some signs to something very important, which's that monsters don't need reasons, they only need an excuse to do the most unspeakable ...

It was one of my favorite scenes when Fitz talked about that, and he put himself as an example, and through a minute he described how maybe with a one excuse we twisted in our mind, and we'll become the monsters.

...........

About the first point I talked about, regarding the personal life, I loved the acceptance .. the inner acceptance at the end. The older we get, the more we started to really acknowledge of who we are.

Before, I hear "Bullshit" & "Nonsense" responding to FACTS, now I hear "YES" ... I saw it like it's some kind of appreciation. Unfortunately, I disagree with the way of continuing this beautiful start. I felt it meaningless in some points. To live with a man like Fitz is impossible, and the show showed us how everything turned out with a little of understanding, but it wasn't like that at the end. A poor redemption.
