In a way it wasn't that serious, for a man seeks redemption
by doing good deeds, in his own weird way. The fun & action moments were
obviously meant to cheer up the dark side a little bit.
A thrilling & fun storytelling, with little words and a
lot of action, along with a wide view to each couple of pages .. but actually,
in times, I felt some details needed a little bit of preparation, for the
events to be much smoother into delivering the main triggers, just so we can
feel the story hold up in overall.
In the end, short with a lot of fun.
But something grabbed my attention, I saw a couple of pages
or maybe even more, about the script and the drawing, and just glimpses about
the process. How they do it, and you get to see the perspective of the writer,
and how the artist tries to satisfy the writer, also adding his own touch. Very
interesting work and ways, and I probably will return to it some other time
latter.
- I'm interested in Near Death, also by Jay. It's longer and I'm counting on it to be really good.
