Who doesn't like to see a work express itself? Who doesn't like to see the beauty of "behind the scenes"? .. The true geniuses & who they really are?
Bad Weekend was like a tribute from Ed & Sean to the comics world. Amazing for a lot of reasons. But mainly, the combining of two worlds. And introducing just another beautiful story with its own specialties and putting it inside the world of Criminal.
Once again with one of my most favorite characters in this series, Jacob with his troubled mind was surprisingly the rational one in here, I laughed really, because I couldn't believe it. But good to see him!
A weekend with the master, with a man who once was his hero, in a rank you wish you could touch one day .. "It's funny how fast that can happen when you get to know your heroes."
We saw how this business is not that different from others. At least not that much, but the interesting point is "comics was dying" since forever actually. Also, with many different issues like stealing. And here comes the huge part, the underworld.
Ricky Lawless, one or maybe in some levels the most breakable story in Criminal. I guess there's no way you could save somebody when they're just "he was just too damaged, he hated himself too much." and I can't say how excited I am to reach the end of the road ... for a broken family.
I was so happy to see him, and what a beautiful addition to the story. And he's not a Lawless without a little mess to bring along ..
