I didn't know .. in My Heroes Have Always Been Junkies I didn't know it was connected to Criminal, intriguing story with a fine connection. But I thought it could be longer, most definitely ..
I said this before that there's no explanation to the things we'll do to some people who played a crucial part in shaping us, we'll devote our life & soul for them, we'll destroy any visible or invisible line, we'll & we'll ...

In here, we see a girl believed in the concept of "Heroes" but to me, I don't believe in it, simply because heroes are supposed to be ideal, perfect .. in higher ranks that we barely hope to be in one of them. And this isn't true. Better to see them as a version of us, our soul wanting it so badly, so now we're seeing it as a version. But hold on for a second .. here (well, I think) she didn't believe they were ideal .. but sort of a role model in a way. Like people, we didn't choose them, who our lives forced them on us, so we look up to them .. with not much of a choice.
The art style .. GORGEOUS! This was a brilliant & amazing look, so bright and full of life, dragged us slowly to dark places, to the true world, to the inevitable. New ways as usual, as the expected ... beauty!

So, it's complicated .. like most of the stories of this world.
But I just wonder, was anything she said is even true? Or close to this foggy concept? ... we choose the choices that we can live by, mostly that's the case, and we create so many excuses, so we can keep on living ... "After I finished, Jake just looked at me for a while, and then he said "Aw kid", in a way that made me feel weird inside."
