Two worlds, with all the thin lines & walls .. formed an interesting plot. Messy, dark & funny in its own way. With one chapter after the other until the middle, we don't just get the idea, but the possibilities too .. where we can control our faith, but you clearly have no control. A world with boundaries by a creator fell inside it by chance... and a whole mess is upon him now.
I always love to feel that whatever I'm into... that it’s much deeper than it looks, that whatever it is, it's much scarier or funnier ...etc. I guess because it's a way to feel there's somehow a bond. Anyway, but to do that, the revealing and holding of those glimpses of a lost & messy past for the characters is something remarkable, if any writer dealt with it so well.
Among all the actions and funny lines, this was as dark & silly as it should be.
Also, after the middle, we see an excerpts of the creator's childhood, how other children make fun of him, how he imagined the power of controlling people. Plus how his main character is a better version of his girlfriend, I believe this is really funny, but also... like a fantasy, but instead of his head, he put it on paper ... all of this, is a reminder, that no matter how the story is just a "fantasy" .. behind it real struggles, real experiences & lives and how most of the writers we love... of course, they've done that.
A life in a manga/comic or a graphic novel? What’s an "ending" supposed to mean?
My god, what a pure art... by all means.
